The most reliable way to reach Betco Sales Corp is the message form on this page. It goes straight to the people who handle orders and questions, and it gives both of us a clear written record.
If you are following up on an order, include the order details and where you bought it. If it is a general question, a sentence or two is plenty. Either way, a real person in Moonachie reads it.

What happens next
- 1Your message reaches the team
It lands with the people in Moonachie who handle it, not a call center.

During weekday hours we read it over and check anything you mention about an order.
- 3You get a written reply
We answer by email with a clear answer, or the next question we need from you.
Send Betco a message
Share a few details and how to reach you. Replies go out Monday to Friday.
A few details that speed things up
The clearer the first message, the fewer emails it takes to sort things out. Here is what helps most.
- Where you bought it
- Tell us whether the order came to you directly or through another marketplace, along with the order number if you have it. That lets us find the right record quickly.
- What you received
- Name the item and model as it appears on your order. If you can, describe its condition when it arrived and when you first noticed anything wrong.
- What you would like
- Say plainly what outcome you are hoping for. Knowing that up front means our reply can address it directly instead of guessing.
- An email we can reach
- Double check the address in the form. Every reply goes out in writing, so a typo is the one thing that can stall a message completely.
