"Kiss Electronics grossly misrepresented the condition of the refurbished iPhone that I purchased from them through Back Market. They claimed that the phone was in excellent condition when in fact, the screen had multiple scratches and the phone was not even in fair condition. Back Market agreed that the phone didn’t even meet their standards for a fair condition phone. They contacted Kiss to try getting me a partial refund, but the most they would offer is $50. I could have bought the same model phone in better condition for $100 less! My advice is to avoid this company at all costs."

"SCAMMERS!! I returned an UNOPENED phone in it's original, sealed shipping package - simply because we decided to purchase a newer model. They sent back a picture of a demolished screen and said since I returned a damaged phone, I could not get my $449.95 back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!"

"I paid $582 for iPhone 14 Pro and what I got unbelievable the phone was just scratch and I will not recommend to by phone here or online from backmarket. and also, I use the phone only one day and get a lot of problems like the phone is stopped.
