1. Agreement to Terms
JustBuildt (the "Service") is operated by JUST BUILDT LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("JustBuildt," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of justbuildt.com, the websites we build and host for you, and all related tools, dashboards, and services.
By creating an account, previewing or publishing a website, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business, and "you" refers to both you and the business. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, able to form a binding contract, and located in the United States to use the Service. The Service is intended for businesses and professionals, not for personal, family, or household use.
3. Accounts and Google Sign-In
You sign in to the Service using your Google account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately at info@justbuildt.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
You may only create a website for a business you own or are authorized to represent. When you connect or import a Google Business Profile, you represent that you own or manage that profile and have the right to use its content, including its name, photos, hours, contact details, and reviews.
4. The Service
JustBuildt lets you generate a website for your business using information from your Google Business Profile or details you enter, edit it using plain-English instructions, and publish it on hosting we operate. Depending on your plan, the Service may also include analytics, performance reports, site maintenance, blog content written for you, search engine optimization (SEO) work, citation building, and management of your Google Business Profile.
Plan features and prices are described on our pricing page. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
5. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence, including third-party AI providers, to generate and edit website text, layouts, images, and blog content. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your business. You are responsible for reviewing all content on your website before and after publishing, including service descriptions, prices, licenses, certifications, claims, and legal or regulatory statements that apply to your industry.
We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is unique, error-free, or free of third-party rights, and it is not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.
6. No Guarantee of Search Rankings or Results
We build websites using search engine optimization best practices, but search engines such as Google control their own rankings and change them frequently. We do not guarantee any particular search ranking, Google Maps placement, traffic level, number of calls or leads, or business result. Examples, statistics, and sample dashboards shown on our website are illustrations only.
7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
Free preview. You may preview your website for free. Publishing it and keeping it online requires a paid subscription.
Billing. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis at the price shown when you subscribe. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full payment card details. You authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method for each billing period until you cancel.
Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel before the renewal date. Introductory prices, such as a discounted first month, apply only to the stated period, after which the standard monthly price applies. The renewal price is shown before you subscribe.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing info@justbuildt.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and your website remains live until then.
Refunds. Fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, except where required by law. We may issue refunds or credits at our discretion.
Price changes. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before a price change applies to your subscription, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may suspend or unpublish your website until payment is received.
Taxes. Prices do not include applicable taxes unless stated. You are responsible for any sales, use, or similar taxes.
8. Domains and Hosting
Your website may be published on a JustBuildt subdomain (for example, yourbusiness.justbuildt.com) or on a custom domain. Custom domains are registered through a third-party domain registrar and are also subject to that registrar's terms. A domain you buy through JustBuildt is billed yearly. The first year is the introductory price shown at checkout. It then renews automatically each year at the renewal price shown at checkout until you turn auto-renew off. If you cancel, we will, on request, help transfer an eligible custom domain to you, subject to the registrar's transfer rules and payment of any outstanding fees. JustBuildt subdomains remain our property and cannot be transferred.
We aim to keep hosted websites available but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and events outside our control may cause downtime.
9. Your Content and Ownership
Your content. You keep ownership of the content you provide or import, including your business information, logos, photos, text, and reviews ("Your Content"). You grant JustBuildt a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, modify, display, and distribute Your Content as needed to build, operate, host, and improve the Service. We will only feature your website in our public examples with your permission.
Your website content. As long as your account is in good standing, you may use the text and images generated for your website for your business. On request before or within 30 days after cancellation, we will provide a copy of your website's text and images.
Our platform. The JustBuildt software, templates, design system, code, dashboards, logos, and trademarks remain the property of JUST BUILDT LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or reuse our templates or code outside the Service without our written permission.
Feedback. If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.
10. Your Responsibilities for Your Website
You are responsible for your website and your business, including:
- Making sure all content is accurate and lawful and that you have the rights to use it
- Complying with laws that apply to your business, such as advertising, licensing, consumer protection, and accessibility laws
- Responding to and handling leads, form submissions, and calls from your visitors
- Providing any privacy notices or obtaining any consents your visitors are legally entitled to
- Complying with Google's terms when displaying Google reviews and Business Profile content
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service or any website hosted on it to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Impersonate any person or business, or create a website for a business you don't own or represent
- Publish false, misleading, or deceptive content, including fake reviews or testimonials
- Infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
- Publish content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, or promotes illegal activity
- Sell or promote illegal products or services, or services that require licenses you don't have
- Distribute malware, phishing pages, or spam
- Access other accounts, our systems, or non-public parts of the Service without authorization
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service, or use it to build a competing product
- Use the Service's AI features to generate unlawful or harmful content
We may remove content, unpublish websites, or suspend accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms.
12. Google Business Profile Management
If your plan includes Google Business Profile management, you authorize us to access your profile and to create posts, upload photos, update products and business details, and reply to reviews on your behalf. You remain the owner of your profile and are responsible for its compliance with Google's policies. You may revoke our access at any time through your Google account settings or by contacting us, which may limit the services we can provide.
No responsibility for Google actions. Google controls Google Business Profiles, Google Search, and Google Maps, and may take action on any profile at any time for its own reasons. JustBuildt is not responsible or liable for any suspension, deactivation, deletion, ban, restriction, verification request, loss of reviews, ranking drop, rejected or reversed edits, or any other action Google takes on your profile or listing, whether or not it follows content or changes we made on your behalf. We do not guarantee that Google will approve, publish, or keep any post, photo, update, or review reply. If Google takes action on your profile, you are responsible for any appeal or reinstatement process with Google, and your subscription fees are not refundable because of it. This applies to all customers, including those who only import their profile to build a website.
13. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third parties, including Google, Stripe, hosting providers, domain registrars, and AI providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.
14. Copyright Complaints
If you believe content on a website hosted by JustBuildt infringes your copyright, email info@justbuildt.com with: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) the URL of the infringing material; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner, with your physical or electronic signature. We may remove the material and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
15. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND ALL WEBSITES, CONTENT, AND REPORTS PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT IT WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR BUSINESS RESULT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACTION TAKEN BY GOOGLE OR ANY OTHER THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM ON YOUR ACCOUNTS, PROFILES, OR LISTINGS, INCLUDING SUSPENSION, DELETION, OR BANS.
16. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUST BUILDT LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, LEADS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JUST BUILDT LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of Your Content, your website, your business, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
18. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account or unpublish your website if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or if required by law, and we may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice. After termination, your website will go offline and we will delete your account data within 90 days, except where we must keep it by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in your dashboard before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
20. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at info@justbuildt.com and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any dispute that is not resolved will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
21. General
These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and JustBuildt regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
